Memberships

List out all of your memberships, what you want done with them and who you would like to manage these memberships in the event you are incapacitated or pass away. Examples of memberships to consider include:

  • Airline memberships and associated points
  • Apple/Amazon type memberships
  • Email services - Gmail, Yahoo etc
  • IT Services (Any online application/financial services)
  • Gaming services (playstation/Xbox etc)
  • Shopping clubs and points organisations
  • Club Memberships - Golf, Country Clubs, Lions Club, Rotary Clubs
  • Volunteer Groups
  • Subscription Services
  • Religious Groups
  • Licenses
  • Online or Magazine subscriptions
  • Social media accounts

With lots of services offering online billing and email invoicing, the old process of checking someones mail and cancelling services doesn't work anymore. By listing out your membership/subscriptions you can not only provide your next of kin with clarity on what you have and where things are, you also can also specify what your preferences are with items that are transferrable.

Please note that different organisations have different rules in this regards. You are encouraged to check the rules with each organisation to ensure that your desired preferences are permissable based on their terms of service
